Refund policy

At LivingVentra.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible. To begin the return process, please contact us at MadelineMiddleton7079@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
